Having collaborated with the likes of Karl Lagerfeld and Maison Martin Margiela, the French purveyors of über-chic helmets – Les Ateliers Ruby – have just opened the doors of their first physical boutique, located close to Le Louvre and Palais Royal at #1 Rue Hérold.

Housing limited runs, art editions, one-offs and carefully curated items that echo “Ruby’s universe and demanding aesthetic” – the central Paris store is also to be home to a changing display of beautifully restored classic motorbikes.

The rugged elegance of the brand is embraced with riveted aluminium furniture and the same quilted cardinal leather that you’ll find inside the luxury helmets.
