The refurbished Hotel Daniel occupies an old train-station hotel building in the Austrian city of Graz.

In addition to the 107 completely redesigned rooms, the Hotel Daniel now boasts another feature: a sci-fi looking LoftCube that has ‘landed’ on its roof, turning the otherwise 1950’s building’s empty rooftop into the highest hotel suite in town.

Designed by German designer 1e is basically a prefabricated living pod that can be transported and installed pretty much anywhere, making it ideal for use as a pop-up holiday house in remote places, or for hotels that want to add a special suite in an unusual location.
