You might know that Adam Kimmel, designer of one of the most pleasing collections we saw last (winter) fashion week in Paris, went to school to be an architect. Or that he has a kid with his fiancée, the very gorgeous Leelee Sobieski. But you probably haven’t heard that the man can also roast a wicked chicken.

As he readies for a June presentation of his Spring 2011 collection in Paris, GQ magazine caught up with him to talk about getting that perfectly crispy skin, cooking for babies, and being the head chef in charge of his household.
