In eager anticipation of Ann Demeulemeester’s (exclusive to 4) arrival this autumn, we couldn’t resist sharing our thoughts on the label’s latest offering. 

The focus remaining on a seasonal silhouette with a minimalist colour palette allowing the spotlight to sit squarely on the impeccable craftsmanship of the clothes. Black, charcoal and taupe took precedence, with flashes of pillar-box red punctuating at regular intervals.

Slouchy high-waisted trousers were paired with fitted waistcoats and sleek capes, with fabrics as lux as ever in chestnut fur, glossy black leather and onyx feathers.
