At Home With Rick Owens: A First Look at His New Furniture Designs
Rick Owens started making furniture for his home in 2007 and decided to present the pieces as part of a collection in Paris soon after. Today in New York, several of his newer pieces will be on display as a part of the third annual Salon: Art + Design fair (the sister fair to the Paris Biennale) at the Park Avenue Armory.
“Collectors and design enthusiasts can expect to see material designed for historic figures such as Marie Antoinette to the more contemporary such as Rick Owens,” the fair’s co-executive director Jen Roberts tells Style.com. “Rick’s work fits into this fair beautifully, as he represents some of the more cutting-edge design on the contemporary market.”
The Salon: Art + Design fair is open to the public from November 14th-17 at the Park Avenue Armory. For information and tickets, click here.
Rick Owens is exclusive to 4.
