Craig Green’s second solo show at London Collections: Men presented his deepest exploration of uniform to date.

Experimenting with an array of utilitarian details, the collection expanded upon last season’s themes of restriction and release with a focus on the contrast between protection and vulnerability.

Silhouettes ranged from second-skin close, to an almost figure dwarfing assembly of several layers. With the same sentiment, materials ranged from crisp white shirting and simple jerseys, individually manipulated directly onto the body, to hard-wearing cotton drills and waterproofs with a dynamic sheen.
