The click-clack of high heels fades as guests of the Christian Dior couture show disperse from the tent. One editor, Daria Shapovalova, remains behind to film the introduction to her fashion week broadcast ‘Fashion Week With Daria Shapovalova’.

She is never without a camera, finding that some of the best interviews are captured randomly when designers and models are not surrounded by bodyguards and press. “We always carry something with us, even in the bathrooms, because you never know whom you might meet in there,” she laughs. For her TV show, she covers all the women’s fashion weeks throughout the year, in the four fashion capitals of New York, London, Milan and Paris, as well as those in her native Kiev.
