London-based milliner Piers Atkinson has unveiled his Spring 2015 collection.

This season’s collection is inspired by one of his favourite hobbies – gardening. Atkinson translated this English pastime into witty, whimsical wares, like a veiled headband garnished with crystal-covered toadstools, a trellis topper dripping in white wisteria, and a headpiece embellished with a water lily and its requisite dragonfly.

“My mother was a milliner. Her mother was a gardener, and my sister was always my muse. Now my sister is a mother. She’s living in the countryside gardening, and she has a little boy who loves flowers. It all ties back to my family and where I come from,” explains Atkinson.
