Dutch design collective Droog, best known for its cutting-edge homeware and furniture designs (stocked exclusively in 4), will unveil its first house at Design Miami this week.
A seamless flow of spaces, the Droog Townhouse, commissioned by Amsterdam housing association Ymere and designed by Tokyo-based Atelier Bow-Wow, uses raised platforms to distinguish between private and shared spaces.
The house will be furnished with classic products from the Droog archives, including the â€˜Ragâ€™ chair and â€˜Milk bottleâ€™ lamp by Tejo Remy, and the â€˜Heat waveâ€™ radiator by Joris Laarman.
